I remember using a car tuner program where you could change the values of torque at certain rpm values, so you could both increase how many rpm was available and I must have made a 6000-7000 hp huracan performante. Needless to say I was blowing the engine if I even breathed on the gas pedal, and I’d have to start in third despite the fact that I made first and second 1.5-2 times longer. Was definitely fun but it was pretty clear that it was breaking the game. If I did manage to get going half the time my tires would clip into the ground and I’d get stuck or fall thru, or tires would suddenly go missing

Gearing does not equal hp. 100hp and 4000hp with the same gearing will still reach the same speed in each gear.
