Paul, Another wonderful sunny day in California to start off practicing Kali. Paul, your training videos are an inspiration for all. Many thanks my friend. Jimmy.
Amazing. So appreciative of drill a day. Dont know what's coming next week, I just hope we are blessed by staff and spear at some point in this wild ride. Thanks Paul!
DONE! I did 45 min and it was helpful to just hear you count it out without watching the video and watch myself master it. The last one was a bit faster and without the counting was a bit more challenging to not watch the video. I'll be doing this one on repeat to remember it. Thank you Paul!
Well done 👍🏻. Super. It was very interesting week. Solos drills were difficult to do but finally all together it was very cool to repeat. I like very much. Thanks 🙏🏻 a lot for your training and sharing your experience with us 🤝👍🏻👏🏻
I tried this one again today after some months off. This time I used a real Filipino dagger (in the sheath) and it felt completely different (and easier) because it had some weight to it. I like this :) I was amazed at how much I still remembered :)
Hello Paul (and other distanters), I too thougt of the single knife for next week but a ‘eagle eye’ on footwork also could be a next step?! I myself am training in Utrecht with Frans Stroeven (SCS), which is about a 50 minutes drive from Amsterdam. As Holland is small my garden is my dojo :) which is fine. Thx again Paul!!
These drills are always so difficult... until you do it for a few reps. Get a few sets of reps in and it seems too easy, lol. IDK, but I'm so lovin' these.
