You nailed this one, just perfect! Great job brother. This earns a high five AND an ATTA BOY! That’ll make a fine addition to any workshop so keep’em coming!
Finally! The workhorse gets a makeover. I can relax now. So far I've really enjoyed all of your videos. Given me a bit of courage in attempting some repairs. Keeping things out of the landfill in my own small way, thanks to you!
You have my admiration. I have a pillar drill which is looking decidedly short of TLC. I would love to restore in the way you have done but the thought of putting it all back together again frightens me!
Ok just bought the exact same drill press Little grub screws on the side will need drilling out. Crap metal that's rusted in. "Get money easy outs" Taking the body off the shaft is nothing shot of a miracle lol
Wow i have received from a friend more or less the same drillpress, and it's about in the same state. Used i mean. ^^ Guess i'll have to get to work. Jeez i have tons of restoration work to do :o Subscribed though. I hope to learn some restoration tricks because i don't know anything at all :D

Skills that in the most part we have lost in the west, it is cheaper, easier and quicker to cast it to one side, go to Machine Mart ( or equivalent) and buy another.
You better get all those greasy marks off the wall before mom gets home or she's gonna kick your butt... lol.. nice job bro, but seriously you need a work bench...
