Hi James - it was all done in less than a day! However, even that amount of sanding is rather tedious. If I were to do more of these, I'd definitely find a mechanically assisted way to sand!! Cheers.

Stewart Furini . I understand that the professionals, who do piercing all the time, use dentist's drills. I personally do not think piercing, with a dentist's drill would bring back encouraging memories. Thanks James

I certainly think the back should have either colour or no evidence of colour. The places on the back where the colour has remained look messy. I'm pretty sure the back will end up black like the front! Cheers!

Thanks, Dennis. I started with a cheap one with a very thin airhose as I already had a compressor. This was a false economy. However, as I'm not doing precision aribrush work, I've stayed quite cheap and have bought airbrushes from Amazon for around £15-£20. I have also bought a small compressor and airbrush set that works perfectly for this small scale work that I do. Hope this helps!
