I think this is the first year where most people can say that the new MLS kits have been overwhelmingly positive. 29 new kits and not a single one of them is truly bad.
As a Crew fan, when I first saw the jersey I truly hated it, but after seeing it in person, it looks very clean and the attention to detail on it isn’t that bad. Not saying it is perfect, but doesn’t deserve all the hate
@@sixfiftychris at least for the MLB jerseys, players are complaining that they don’t fit well, aren’t as adjustable and feel cheap overall. It’s worth noting these jerseys are being manufactured by Fanatics but branded with the Nike swoosh. The MLB players union is stepping in because of the amount of complaints. Fans feel as though MLB is going for a quick cash grab as these jerseys are cheaper to produce (ie: lack of embroidery and overall quality) but are being priced at a high price.
Don’t disagree with their opinion on the shirt, but Seb is out of line when he says TFC are unoriginal for having the BMO sponsor. They were the first to have BMO as their shirt and field sponsor.
Charlotte and minnestoa are top jerseys for me this year... Beautiful kits you can wear anywhere... Target logo on minnesota is also one of the few sponsors that doesnt take away from the appearance
I'm a die-hard Sounders fan, but i'm not a fan of the blue for our kit. Maybe it'll grow on me. I'm also not a fan of our new badge. There was no need to change our original one.
The last few years Adidas had delivered their designs, compare to its competition Nike that put the same whacky tamplate with just different colors. (But Nigeria jersey is the exception)
Nike is way better than Adidas dude stop it. Adidas sponsors all MLS kits so they're bound to make a couple of good ones. Adidas butchered their premier League teams kits while Nike and Umbro made majestic kits.
@@Ingenuity009 you serious bro? Chelsea home: 3/10 euughhh Away: 3/10 Third: 2/10 Liverpool Home: 5/10 absolute mid Away: 4/10 Third: 3/10 Tottenham All of them are boring And puma, puma is cooking something with the latest AC Milan special
Liverpools and Tottenham kits are nice don't forget Brighton's amazing kits. Sometimes simple is good while going out of the box is good also but sometimes it can be hideous. Like arsenal and uniteds away kits or all of forests kits.
@@bagtea Sure dude you'd rather have them make kits with squiggly lines and pokadots 🤣 have everybody's club look ridiculous. 🤦 You like those dumb stripes Adidas puts on everything. A kits a kit for football not some ridiculous fashion show.
I hate how mls jersey are blank at the back, looks ugly especially the ones with a stripped design in the front. I hope they change that someday bc it’s ugly
Perspective: The previous TFC away kit, like their performances last season were both garbage. The soft rebrand of the club has begun, even if the club will not admit the truth. If only I could time travel was to the year 2027 to witness a phoenix rise from the ashes, because watching their matches will be torture until then. Due to the poor quality, I am surprised that Apple TV not only allows TFC matches to air, but broadcasts them live. My purchase of MLS Season Pass is so not worth the investment. It seems I will have to follow another club to avoid misery and depression. I truly feel sorry for Jonathan Herdman and the two Italian that are stuck there wasting their lives away. Fact. I wonder who will be the improvements for Bill Manning and Jason Hernandez.
Adidas been mess up all the kits they can handle it I been say this for the longest, they league needed at least 2 more kit supplier to take some of the load off Adidas they should only geUmbrot 8 team and the rest of the teams split with the 2 other kit supplier whoever that may be, Nike, Puma, kappa,Vacron,Joma, umbra, or whatever ..
Once again adi lack of vision when it come to MLS kits, now because they so lack of vision and lazy, they said lets use the same pinstrip like what we did with jamaica kit, and Gomez stop blame Toronto for the kit mishop adidas should get the blame, the league needed at least two more kit supplier to help Adidas should only get 8 teams and that it if was like that, we would of get some real nice MLS kits, but because of Don their greedness they only let adi in do all 29 teams its stupid ..
americans .... the two nicest jerseys are the last ones actually , especially the white one looks classic like a bayern shirt . but then again AMERICANS ......
So because Herc and Seb disagreed with your OPINION on the new MLS kits, it's because of their nationality isn't it? If anyone who wasn't American didn't like the new Columbus or Toronto kits, I can assure you you wouldn't be blaming their nationality for it. But of course xenophobia is okay when Americans are the ones at the receiving end of it...
I'm American, Toronto's Jersey is overly simplified. There's nothing wrong with minimalist design, but it has to be subtle and distinctive. This one is just plain.
