@@x.y.1215 Bigotry is when you have hate towards other beliefs/religion, when you find your religion to be superior than the other. People kill out of bigotry. Thats the hate, that comes out of it. Did they anywhere mention hate towards any community ? They were laughing and chatting just like friends would do. Let me be very clear. I am not a bigot. And person who is following newslaundry and is a fan of all it’s reporters can never be a bigot, as news laundry is not biased unlike other main stream channels. I respect all the religions, love all kinds of philosophies. I am the least person you would call a bigot. But still, I can see why you would point those hateful fingers at me (which is no less than a bigot). I am a fan of Abhinandan Sekhri. Thats why I clicked and watched. It is the first time I came across Rajshree, and I certainly dont think she is a bigot. I think, you are referring to the altbalaji show they were discussing. Because rest of the things they mentioned wasn’t related to religion. Now what I dont understand is that wether you are upset for muslims or hindus ? (P.S. - I am neither of them) . They mentioned a lesbian relationship between a muslim girl and a hindu widower. Rajshree said things about conservatism between both the community against women. Women were not allowed to do most of the stuff during those times, not only in India but also in Europe. As she pointed out that in 90s people were conservative because muslim girls werent so artsy, and hindu widower wouldnt be so modern. Now tell me why are you upset ?? Where is the bigotry here ? Did you even watch the full video ...?? Lighten up. I know India is going through bizarre times, the bjp government is totally responsible. I know there is rising bigotry in the country. But not everyone is a bigot. I enjoyed their talk. I laughed, had a good time listening to it, because not everything can be taken seriously, otherwise you will never be happy.

@@kritipant2989 Instead of thinking about what I said, you immediately became both defensive and dismissive of it. No effort of self reflection or societal reflection at all. Most of the upper caste will be completely unaffected by what is happening in any state of crisis. You can certainly sit there and think happy thoughts all day long and remain willfully ignorant of what is happening around you if it doesn’t affect you. The choice of opening your mind is up to you.

WHY ?!?! I aint ignorant alright. I do see and realise what is happening in the world. Pointing fingers, that too on a silly youtube comment wont change the society. Cant a person just smile or lighten up ?? Yes, he should definitely do something on the field, by being compassionate and loving. Which I at-least try to be. Do you ? Do you reflect ? Do you see what kind of anger is spewing in your chest? Do you feel that ? Thats not going to change the society !! Only empathy and love can. Not hate of any kind.
