I remember you telling me a few stories of that area.... Love the cattle guards, reminds me of back home... Thanks for sharing your story and memories....
That is one long deserted road! Great views of the countryside! The little community of Ashwood is really just a "blink", isn't it! The Grange Hall must be the main gathering place....no restaurants, or bar, or library, right? Thanks for the drive, Ann!
Nanci the library I imagine is at the grade school. The grange hall has been there for over 100 years although it is not the original one that burnt down. No bar, not restaurant and I don't believe the general store is even operational. Thank you so much Nanci. I appreciate you very much ❤️ Have a great day!
Amazing road without houses around the place. But beautiful mountain enjoy your road trip thanks for sharing new friend here sending support ready to connect
Such a beautiful drive! I have been learning a little about rocks before I head to Michigan in a couple of months! I love driving back roads! Thank you for sharing! 👍🤗 I had to re-friend you! I hear this happens a lot with RU-vid! 🤦♀️👍
That is great. Michigan has some very cool rocks too. Yes I have had that happen more than once myself. I had stopped get notifications so I knew something was wrong. Thank you ❤️ 😊

Good afternoon, Ann. I was just looking on the map...and it's EXACTLY in the middle of Oregon. Is this grade school still active? WOW...lots of 'grade' and turns. This really would have been a cool place to hang out as a teenager! I do remember the BAGWAN SHREE RAJNEE & Sheila's antics! I really do enjoy places like this. Loved the drive. I really appreciate seeing this. Have a beautiful and blessed day. LUCRETIA
That is great. I spent a lot of time out there over a 4 four period of time. I mostly knew the families of the kids I went to school with. Thank you for watching ❤️
@@Stand.Your.Ground. We may be out there again around the time of the Prineville POW WOW to dig for more thundereggs. If you haven't seen my 'Rock' short videos, petrified wood is one of my favorites ❤️
I am really not sure, it has been a long time since I have spent any time with the people out there. I don't live in Central Oregon any more and I don't get over there as often as I would like either. Thank you so much for watching and for asking a question. Take care. 🌤
