@demophys4883 Technically he messed up. He didn't pay child support, plus the beauracrcy is such that they put the onis on him to take the papers to the clerk to update his records, restoring his license. The system sucks, I totally agree.
@@demophys4883Sorry to burst your bubble but, he’s literally NEVER had a driver’s license in ANY state and is indeed a lying, stupid sack of trash. A “suspended license” doesn’t mean that the literal card itself is suspended. It merely means that one’s driving privileges are suspended within the state. This man isn’t a victim. He knowingly broke the law and tried to blame everyone else rather than take accountability.
@@otonashi_sayaRight!!! Yep and public trans is not always an option… people love to say people have options but like money options don’t always exist everywhere!!! Plus the judge could have just given him a verbal warning!!!!!
@titteryenot4524 That would mean the car manufacturers could be held accountable for every accident that occurs due to a failure of their cars' self-driving feature, which is exactly why Tesla markets it as a "supervised autopilot". But if it requires supervision, then it's not really self-driving.
sometimes it's more important to go to the doctor than worry about not having a license. also paperwork shows his licence shouldn't have even still been suspended...Sometimes context makes a big difference...Hes a GOOD citizen!!
That’s not true he has never had a license in his entire life. They suspended his rights to get a license, but he has never applied for a license before.
John Dalen vs State said you didn’t need a social security card to get a drivers license. The right to travel can be revoked if you break the law, like many other rights.
