Yes this line is broad gauge. There's a couple of lines like this that run into NSW on broad gauge. On the Deniliquin line, there used to be another line which branched off at Barnes. This used to run to Balranald in NSW. It's currently booked out of service, but I believe it is going to reopen for a few kilometres to serve a grain facility. The Deniliquin line is currently open for grain traffic. I'm not sure if the rice container train is still operating, someone would need to correct me on that

I believe that passenger trains used to run to Balranald many years ago.

Echuca/Moama

The rail bridge at Echuca runs parallel to the road crossing over the Murray to Moama.

Crossing was two videos ago.

Deniliquin used to have a station. It was demolished sadly
