This is where I want the FIA to host the US GP. Same layout when they used to race here in the 2000s. The reason is because I wasn't an F1 fan at that time (2000s).

Slightly dated track map. The double hairpin pictured on the map has been turned into a sweeper, as seen on the video

roger penske has already talked about a possible return of f1 to IMS. not necessarily now, but in a few years... wait for indy to get back on its feet and then, BOOM! F1 returns to Indianapolis.

I can see 2026 cars racing on this track but they need to improve the bankings, safety etc. If this was added to the calendar in 2024 I see a lot of huge incidents happening here. Overall a good lap.

If F1 can race at Zandvoort with its 18 degrees of banking, they can race here with only 9 degrees of banking. After all, F1 no longer has an active tire war, which is what caused the Indy 2005 disaster.

The new layout is awful so no, the last corner was the full banking when F1 raced there in 2000. Now it's a terrible slow chicane.

Absolutely not!! I went their around 2002/2003 and it was BORING and don’t forget the “controversy” around the Bridgestone/Michelin Tires were the Teams with the Michelin Tires went into the pits after the warm up lap and only 6 cars were on the grid and the fans were mad as hell!!
