I am from that city! My mom came all the way to Eastside after through Federal Way from California. Every time I came to the place, I feel lonely and speechless
The only thing missing is all the drug addicts passed out on the street corners.... I guess this was January so they were staying in their camps in the woods.... Crazy what they are doing to our beautiful city
As a little boy I grew up in federal way fro. 1974 to 1980. I saw movies at the Sea Tac Mall and played video games at the Goldmine. Federal Way sure has changed. So have I. I live in the Northgate district of Seattle. I have gone from being conservative to liberal. Spent a chunk of my life in California. Hope never to go back...
@@dustiestrain and the EXTREMLEY dirty chevron carwash on enchanted where the once yellow and blue brushes are BLACK LOL havent seen it since 2015 LOVE to see what it looks like today LOL
Lived there from 88 to 03. Elementary school through graduating High School. I still love it but its really gone downhill in the last 20 years. Used to be much safer and less expensive and now its the opposite.
Lived there from 1997-2000. Attended Lakota Junior High(We flew out there in 2018 and I was told then that it had been demolished and rebuilt.) and Decatur Senior High located close to the SeaTac Mall.
@@markelkington7276 Cool! I was supposed to Graduate in 2001, we moved back to Texas in 2000 before I could finish school there. My Homeroom Teacher's name was Mr. Campbell.
I live in Pacific, which is about 2 minutes from the Outlet Collection (on the left at 6:00 in the video) and I can tell you that it's a great place to live! Everything you could want is close, the people are generally friendly, and as long as you can handle a little drizzle the PNW is gorgeous. Where would you be coming from? That might help with differences.
@@RojoGrande79 I would be moving from California so I would definitely be depressed for a little bit. I'm originally from Montana, the PNW part and visited Seattle and Spokane a lot when I was a kid, but never that area. It's a toss up with about 5 or 6 other programs, but it is nice hearing from people who live there that they like it! I've always loved Washington which is why it is being considered as a place to apply to, the program is good too.
@Uni BlackSister my man I don't think it's the wild west but check the fed way mirror and check that State stats on crime. It's getting wild. Rapes on BPA carjacking shooting etc
well i can tell you one to not rent from is The Retreat at Maple Hill SUCKS! stay away. But also the farther west you can go down 320th the better they are and you will be paying $2,000+ for a good family apartment complex.
