Aaaaaah wonderful! Was in Harare from '81 - '84, great to see it again and to re-live it, cycling around on my racing-bike, driving in my car on those 'highways' etc. Beautiful people, wonderful country, i love it! Thank you!
Please don't take this badly. I am surprised how civilized it is in Zimbabwe. The only images i ever saw where poor people trying to buy rice for $500 million a kg This is a Great video! opened my eyes
Well it used to be the jewel of Africa. My uncle who now lives in Australia lived there when it was called Rhodesia. However Mugabe came in and bankrupted the country. He lined his pockets at the expense of everyone else. It's basically a dictatorship now
Cool vid. if only we could tame the kombis, the city driving would be one made in heaven. On the issue of safety, owe it to the people. Zim is more than safe . . .it's friendly. There are no strangers in Harare.
Wow! I never imagined Zimbabwe could be this beautiful. Why doesn't the media show images like this of Zimbabwe? Really nice video and such a beautiful country !!
Left bcoz l wanted to raise sum money to buy a house and come back but eish its bn nearly 14 years now!!! Not bcoz of him but bcoz things were getting bad, no basa, no mari. But after all these yrs in diaspora u realise that money does not solve evrything munhu shd jus deal with wat is there at home.
Great video, pity the Sheraton wasn't shown as its a landmark building in Harare. I remember when it was built, its space age look was very impressive!
