@17:47 Google street image was captured in Jan 2019, and this video was done in Dec 2020. Almost 2 years later. the BIG question is - will the condition of the home still be the same 2 years later? The condition could be better or worse! My point is using data that 2 years old to D4$ is inaccurate.
Some properties I can't find on my tax assessor's site so I'll use others you stated or skip tracing. If not I'll physically go to the assessor's office. They help with no problem.
I'm BRAND NEW to this and find your information very useful. I'm wondering how often Google Maps is updated to accurately reflect those houses that may be vacant but perhaps weren't at time of photo.
This is from Google: The satellite data on Google Maps is typically between 1 to 3 years old. According to the Google blog, data updates usually happen about once a month, but they may not show real-time images.

This could be a stupid question but what do the N, H, and D's stand for on the tax assessor website? I'm assuming the N is no (but wanted to verify if this was correct)....but what are the H's and D's?

@@jamelgibbs a little reverse, you pull up the google map of the area you want say zipcode 32507. Zoom in find the strret name and entrr that intp spokeo and it will give you a list of every house number on that street. then use tax assesor site
