@@canadiancinderelly3518 I would check the different airlines to see what their restrictions are, I believe American airlines has a 26 lb restriction if you want your pets to fly with you, first check the different companies that fly from the airport you will be using, then which of those flies into the city in Mexico where you are headed, on their website you should be able to find out what the restrictions are and if you still have questions, you should be able to message the airline or chat with them.

I have driven down to Santa Cruz California from Canada a number of times- takes me three days with my dog. To Mexico- Queretero will be another day?? I will also be bringing 3 cats. So much to do before I can go. So much will depend on permanent or temporary residency- I think I can swing permanent, which from research, means I have more flexibility- can bring my own vehicle and some household goods. So much to do- biggest is getting rid of stuff and selling my house. Book a temporary place to stay and off I go- I plan to contact an immigration lawyer to make sure everything is in order. I was going to wait a year, but I can’t face another winter here. I want to go as soon as I can sort things. Listening to other people’s experiences adds to my level of security

My dog is 55 lbs., which is too large for the cabin. I tried booking her and her crate as baggage and they told me live animals in cargo/baggage need to be transported via a licensed live animal transport company - $7,000 A dog small enough to be in a carrier under the seat you should be fine. Where did he find a driver to meet him at the border? I drove last time with my dog, I'd prefer to be driven this time. Any contact info? Great video thanks!

Unfortunately, and I did not live in Baltimore City. Jose thought “Driving from Columbia” was not as good as “Driving from Baltimore”. Lol But you are correct. Baltimore is in trouble. I lived in Baltimore city for many years. I was not happy in Columbia either. The danger was closer in Columbia. I have not felt unsafe here at all

Thank god, finally someone knows real stats! Chicago is average for America. There are atleast 2 dozen American cities that a higher crime and murder rate. The numbers look high in Chicago, but that's bcs its a big city.

CURP is nothing like a S.S. number...CURP is more like a citizen I.D. number, it is not very necessary or often required in Mexico. It is necessary to register a business in Mexico and for paying taxes

Back in the day your SS number wasn't required for many things either, only now is your SS number something that tracks your every move.....

Unlike the U.S. it appears you don't have to be a citizen of Mexico to have a CURP...I was unaware of that.

Love your content man. But I have to disagree in something.... I Dont think learning spanish Is easier than english.... The pronounciation may be, this Is where english Is so confusing, but that's It. Anyway I find It weird having US citizens talking about all the process to come into México when historycly It was the Other way round. But certainly they all are welcome.
@JoseArteagaTravels
@JoseArteagaTravels Год назад
Well how about this they are both easier than learning Chinese! LOL But yes you make a great point. I guess it really all just depends on the individual. The longer I am in Mexico and the more I learn about Spanish the more I realize I don't know anything and that it is a very complex language. I guess from my experience I grew up in a Spanish speaking household then went to school at 5 and started to learn English and used both throughout my life but obviously used English more since I lived in the USA. Now in Mexico I speak Spanish all day everyday and only speak in English when doing videos, working online, or talking to clients or old friends who only speak English and yes after years of living in Mexico I think I will have to agree with you on this one 😅 Saludos!
