Jose do you think you can do a video on How to Apply from Mexico for your SS retirement benefits. And maybe also the process as well. Do they have a social security Administration office in Mexico ? Gracias.
Great content bro. My plans are to move and live in Mexico in the future. I do have dual citizenship so it does make it easier. The monthly expense breakdown helps out tremendously and gives a realistic perspective to potential individuals that are considering moving to Mexico. Gracias!!

Expats by paying inflated prices are destroying Mexico for the Mexicans. Tourists and expats should pay a little more but long term settlers eventually will not be tolerated because the Mexican population will rise up and demand their government push them out by putting new restrictions. How can Mexicans afford to live on ten dollars a day if rents are so high. Expats or at least huge groups of them will not be welcome by the population
...You also said we're entering into "el niño" year. It is backwards. We're entering into "la niña", and it is not "year. It changes within the year and may lag few years. Take some time to research before you exhibit yourself publicly. And... you were prepping for a small tropical storm? All the models forecasted it way before you got it.
You say: "Nothing happened", "Things are not always what they see". You have not idea about hurricanes. You received it as a Tropical Storm. And in Yucatan the houses are build with brick and concrete. Did you see what happened to the Caribbean Islands? E.g. St. Vincent and the Grenadines, and Jamaica with Category 4 Hurricane gusts. The houses are build out of wood. 90% destruction. Don't brag if you don't know!
I was also confident it would not come, but I have dealt with this kind of thing before, and just as quickly as it can dissipate it can turn into a Cat 4. So I took all normal precautions I would take for any major hurricane heading my way. I thought it was wise to get ready anyways since it was such a strong storm so early in the season. Even though I knew this storm might not be much of anything, it is still a long season with many more storms to come. Also it is a great opportunity to clean up and go through an practice run so we know we will be ready for anything. Thanks for sharing!
Dude, When it came by you it was already down to just a tropical storm ,that is why it's not a big deal . Consider yourselves lucky it could have been a 5 that hit you .
Correct I am in total agreement. That is what I have been saying all week and on my livestream. But there are many people in the audience who have never been through any of this and most people were very concerned. That is why I made this video to show people what it actually looks like to help them put their minds at ease. All things considered this was a weaker storm than anticipated as we have all seen much more damage from other storms in the past. Thanks for sharing
these people trying to sell their homes the same price or more than america houses. it dont make no sense. then most the people got nothing but bad things to say. this only harms mexico, because less people want to come there. its the same in most countries, even the islands. the rich do dumb shit that end up mostly harming the poor and the country.
Exactly. The bubble is about to burst. I totally agree with you that prices in many areas are beyond ridiculous and not sustainable. Thanks for sharing
Omg same reason I wanna go home to my home country yes it’s just wrk wrk here in USA Going to the Mercado in the morning- everyone knows everyone- I was mostly raise in USA enough iam from Mexico I need to learn on how to buy a house in Mexico and where - need a lot to learn

So this video is for non citizens of Mexico, yes? I just became a citizen of Mexico and acquired (through immense effort) a Mexican Passport. I say this, because the Mexican Consulate took months to give me an appointment.
I’m curious. How does one go through the process to become naturalized? Where do I begin? How long will it take? What do I need and what should I expect? Been thinking about getting my Mexican citizenship since I have a father who was born on Mexican soil.
Great questions! I actually answer them in this interview I did with someone who did the whole process ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-buMQettPeF0.html
thank you Jose for your video and for revealing the Beryl impact or the lack of it in Merida today , July 5th 2024 .. i witnessed the same .. what a bunch of incompetent reporters on major media outlets ( both in the 🇺🇸 & 🇲🇽 ) , with all their inaccurate and off-the-charts forecasts , they are the so-called “experts” .. with their ultra AI satellites 📡 🛰 😅 they scare the hell out of the people and put everyone in panic mode .. so irresponsible !! well done amigo , i commend you 🥳🍻
Serious question, why do so many Mexicans want to come to the US? I'm kind of over this place and want to do the opposite and move to Mexico lol. Trying to learn Spanish now!
As of right now More Mexicans are returning to Mexico than going into the USA. But for those who are still going to the USA or Canada it is mainly for one reason, to make more money to bring it back to Mexico and continue living in Mexico but with a higher quality of life more money brings you
