Good video. I was reading over a FB post regarding the license for Brazil a few weeks back. Someone has posted several DETRAN videos that show the test necessary. It’s not that simple. Funny bcuz here in the USA, if you have a pulse and can see it’s granted. I have stopped so many Brazilians over the years that play the “I didn’t know” game with respect to needing a license.
