Amazing!! Beautiful place! Congrats!!!!!! Only one criticism; you should have played bossa nova to show off your place. It would represent more of what your place is. Peace, happiness and tranquility. Rap didn’t go with it.
Thanks for the video! Do you get temporary or permanent resident status with the investment? Some are saying that you start off with temporary resident status for 4 years before converting to permanent resident status. They are conflicting information. Hopefully someone can share theur experience?!
I didn’t really like the North East. There are places there I like and would visit again but for living for me, São Paulo, Paraná, and Santa Catarina have the best cities, infrastructure, services (doctors and such) and I prefer the cooler weather
Yes, there was. But it is very common in Brazil to use a smaller diameter type for sewers than in other countries, So if you are going to buy a house it will come with this diameter, which is standard in the country. But, if you build a house from scratch, you can ask your engineer to create a sewage project with pipes with bigger pipes.
Hello, I analyzed your youtube channel and found that your channel has some problems. You need to customize your channel to increase views, subscribers and even monetization. If your channel is a little optimized and if the videos are SEO then your channel will rank very fast and your channel will grow . Your channel SEO is very low. Do you want to customize? Thank you
I'm brazilian, and I couldn't agree more. All these points you highlighted are truly shameful. The lack of civility is unfortunately a fundamental feature of our society, and I don't know if that will ever change.
The point you mentioned about Brazilians people being spenders is true. My ex wasted all her savings, which she got from the government since her mom died when she was young, in 2 years, partying, eating out. While my American ass is saving every penny I can.
I'm also an expatriate and I would like to visit your location. I don't recall where you are but I think in the beginning of the video if I look again there's a sign of the city.
5k reais per month on food? Bro, this is not even close to the reality, there is no way you gonna spend that much, maybe if you go out everyday to fancy places lol
I feel for the people, but this last happened in 1941, it makes me wonder if it is a 75 year or 100 year flood plain. I'd be interested in hearing more about history before that to see how frequently it has happened historically. If so, perhaps it should be a protected area rather than a development area.
In regards to the paint on your property. Try switching to a rubberized paint, there are several companies on the market selling them now with warranties of years on it and the most you would have to do is pressure wash them. Stay safe brother!!!
Thank you brazilian norwegian friend for your videos , i care a lot about your content . I am dutch living in the Netherlands , married to my brazilian wife and our first baby boy of mixed race . My wife was born in Salvador Bahia . I am looking forward to your next videos , you are appreciated by us .
As an American expat living in Brazil I was emotionally moved by your video. I have seen many reports about the flooding in the south of Brazil, but your video was the most heart wrenching one I have seen. The pastor of our church here in Macaé, RJ is there helping coordinate relief efforts on behalf of our church. As you said, the need is MORE than the government probably can handle.
Of course I speak Norwegian! And thank you by the way… happy to hear my English doesn’t suck. My English is a result of living abroad for decades and lots of traveling 😊
Are you going to add a door between the two upstairs suites when you add the division wall and expand the terrace? By the way, what's the dengue situation up there? We are getting whacked hard in Goias. Progress on the place is looking great.
No physical door, but rather an arch passage if that makes sense. Dengue is present here also. I’m lucky the mosquitos don’t seem to like Norwegian blood. Joking aside, the situation is quite severe here during the rainy season. It’s important to not keep stagnant water laying around.
Je vais commencer ma maison a icaraiizinho, cela donne de belles idées , quel est le nom de la ville où se trouve le magasin d'objets en bois? Obrigado Cyril
Ummm.... i lived in São Paulo for around 2 years, and in my experience i would say with 6000 reais a month a couple would live very comfortably in a rented house.
this sounds like not really alot to be honest, isn't São Paulo like the most expensive city to live in Brazil together with Rio de janeiro? At least that's what I heard
@@Thcgk I don't know if other Cities are more or less expensive.. but we were a family of 6, living in a relatively small house (around 65 qm) in Vila Prudente. The rent was 1600 reais, and our monthly expenses were no more than 5-6000 reais.. That was in 2014-2015, so things now are definitely different, but 6000 a month is sure more than enough for just 2 people
Thanks for your feedback. Sure, you can live comfortably with 6000 reais a month anywhere in Brazil I guess, but everything is relative. If you want the nice car, the bigger house, go out to eat 2 times a week, go on vacation etc etc… I think 6000 reais would be the very minimum.
Was enjoying this 'till dude claims that no Brazilian can afford a Rolex. Guess in his mind every Brazilian is a peasant living under a bridge. Disliked.
I asked a lot of friends, no one knows about this because now they settled by bringing a community from a foreign country and I also want to settle in Brazil from a foreign country.
Sorry about all those things that bother not only you… Unfortunately it’s kind true all you said. It’s cultural problem No good! Many of us Brazilians has no clue at all (that guy in the bar with the loud song OMG! 😂🤦🏽♀️) we Brazilians we kind laugh not too much stress… fortunately most of Brazilians are kind and friendly, in some the situations if you make a complain with kindness(com jeitinho) things can turn better, important never stress out directly it can be really bad 😬 Maybe one day things change or you get used to it 😂😩 Anyway all the best for you in your living in Brazil you seem to be happy anyway. I love your location. Sucesso!
