Driving my 5-speed Cummins for the first time!

Please excuse me being rusty at first. Towards the end, I eventually get the hang of it.
from what I've gathered up floating the gears or clutchless shifting is not good for these nv45 but I seem to float better than really shifting normal and I'm just lazy but nonetheless, enjoy!
