In Kohima, hazard light is used in foggy condition also. But to follow behind a car running hazard light makes one dizzy. And one should not use the indicator to make way for the vehicle behind, instead slow down and move left a little which should be enough for the vehicle behind to overtake. Indicator is only to turn left and right, nothing more, let's not confuse the usage. And all form of LED lights must be banned, it's a nuisance and dangerous as well.
@@physicshort I agree but in my opinion, to be visible to others, putting on parking lights is enough. For you to see properly, using dipper and not high beam is a better option (along with slow driving and constant defrosting of glass) Also, LED fog lamps for that matter even LED head lamps are not quite as effective as yellow incandescent lamps which have more penetration. Maybe, cost, durability and design drives the company and customers alike.
Yes, We should STOP using Indicators to signal people to overtake (very common while driving in Assam highway). In Assam highways where there are very less junnctions it can work but in Nagaland it is not feasible. Some one onnce used right indicator to signal me to overtake in Duncan main road too, obviously i slowed down, but the funny part was the driver was irritated at me becasue i was not over taking.
Once it was installed in dmp but after some few months it doesn't work as they expected 😁😁.. I guess the traffic police cannot handle it properly...we need some smart educated traffic police to Operate it 😁😁...
NL 10 drivers are entitled because they don't buy their own fuel, repairs are done using govt money, insurances are not a problem, and they own 90% of the road as a birthright. All other vehicles must bow down to the almighty NL10 Bolero.
I came here just to share that I nearly survived a crash tonight. Was driving towards 4th mile from Padum Pukhuri area. I was on the Left lane since the right lane was occupied by a convoy of Oil tankers. A Datsun Go coming out of Aoyimti was waiting to enter the highway. I thought he's actually waiting for us to pass so that he can enter without hassle. I proceeded slowly at no more than 15-20kmph since I couldn't risk any surprises in a junction like that. There was an auto infront of me and cars behind me too. But right when I was about to pass him, he drove right in front of me between my car and the auto. I slammed the brakes and slightly turned towards the Right lane, and even blew the horn but the Datsun driver didn't even acknowledge my presence and just went ahead. He wasn't even aware that I came so close to crashing into him (even with my dippers on). He could've caused a chain collision and maybe even a huge hazard since there were oil trucks on my right side. From my observation, even the driver wasn't an old person (I was driving slow enough to notice those details). Some people need their driving licence revoked immediately. (EDIT: By all means, I'm not playing to be a victim. I'm just sharing this to say that it's because of some careless drivers, like the one I mentioned above, that innocent people may lose their lives undeservedly)
I wish rich with attitude people understand this and follow the rules instead of showing off there wealth and scolding middle class and low class like they own the roads.
Even I used to use both indicators when I have to go straight 😿😂 I thought that was the use of both indicators cause I was told like that. Thank you for making me learn my mistake 👍👍
Man you are right we are same,,that doesnt mean that we are wrong its right just understand byuoself why u used that..also using both indicator is not only for what they taught you in dis vdeo but also what we use to signal which side we are moving for,,

Unfortunately many nagas will meet accidents cos we have yet to learn about driving in four lanes. Overtaking is different and one has to stick in one's lane.
Thank you very much dreams Unlimited Nagaland . It is really risky to sit / Drive two wheeler now or to sit /drive a light Vehicles such as Alto..etc... . I hope and believe this video will at least make some people learn . Thank you very much ...I can go out with less fear tomorrow.

Thank you Dreamz Unlimited team for bringing out this video....a much needed issue. Even in tight two lane roads we see reckless driving and now with the 4 lanning, we are seeing increase in accidents. I always tell people when to use the hazard lights whenever i can but moikhan Naga manu khan ase, ANDAAZ para hazard light maribo to go straight especially at road junctions. Teaching vehicle owners now is sort of useless unless the Transport Dept take up some strict measures to stop rash and reckless driving......1st step can be not issuing DL without proper driving lessons from Govt registered institutes. Nagaland te sob khushi khushi ase ho......poisa olob dibi and DL araam se in few days pai jai even without any classes. The concern Dept should take up the job to install proper road signs and do more in ensuring the safety of the drivers and pedestrians as well. High time to install automatic road signalling machines too!
OMG I am so thankful to this group for making this video, I hope citizens of nagaland learn from this video n start following each n every point. I am a rider of scooty n love to ride when there is traffic cause I will be at least safe from accident.

Very much needed awareness video that will suppliment to the newly build 4 lane highway. Many truck drivers gives side on the left for overtaking(we can understand their problem but its dangerous in the case of our highway). Once a lady traffic personal scolded me for not giving signal to go straight(traffic point near flyover).
Almost met with an accident the other day when a rash driver tried to switch lanes "ACHANAK" without using his side view mirror. I really hope 'drivers' and 'riders' take this seriously and at least think for other people too. Kudos to Dreamz Unlimited for this video.
@@ohachaacha5558 you meant 'backhoe'. JCBs in Nagaland normally are all backhoe loaders. Excavators are those working the highway i.e Komatsu, Terex, Caterpillar etc.
Majority of the Naga's drive without license and knowing any safety rules so this is a very good message everyone should learn from this short video 🎥👏🙏👍
