Good review, but Sunseeker seem to be going all out to surpass the boundaries of tasteful styling. This looks like a five year-old's rendering of a boat. Draw a basic outline then randomly add bits on.
Good review. It's great to see a yacht being driven in less than ideal conditions (and handling them in pretty impressive fashion) and low light. None of the new 80-90 ft high volume yachts like the Sunseeker or Ferretti are going to qualify as super model beautiful. They are pretty big girls. They do have comfort in spades though. You just need to figure out which suits you the best. I like the Ferretti the best. It's the covered front deck that I like. But they are all good in their own way.
Great review. YB has achieved excellence in hosting, cinematography, editing and now has the companion website. That could use some improvements in usability but I’m sure it’s just a matter of time. I for one don’t mind the styling. It looks a bit busy and the lines don’t flow as well as the Princess X80 but it’s started to grow on me pretty fast. As a matter of fact, I’m wondering how small a boat of this type could be made. Could something like this be shrunk to a 65 foot boat and not look like it was made by Frankenstein Boat Works? I’m no yacht designer but I’d like to see the concepts. The only. Reason I wouldn’t plunk money down on something like this is that I absolutely love to pilot boats and I don’t want crew around to invade my family time. After Cannes and Monaco just wrapped, I’m hoping to see a whole slew of new reviews!
Agree with your final comments, I saw the thumbnail and thought yeah I'm not sure but by the end of the tour my mind was changed, very well designed and really good looking and functional. Amazing vid again team. 👏👏👏❤️🇬🇧
