Loved my TR250! Was working in Waterloo, Iowa. Just got it out of the paint shop. Sent over to England for real British Racing Green Metallic. Beautiful! Guy pulls up next to me in a pickup and yells ‘Hey, ya painted her John Deere Green...NICE JOB! Heart sank... LOL
No computerized cooky cutter cars here folks. These are the real deal and they look fabulous-all of them. You guys take great care of those beauties. NICE!
@@cheftush When I had the car repainted the local British garage where I live down in Nashville, I ask JD what he would think if I painted the stripes across the hood Red he said use a Triumph red I don’t see a problem with it so when I was having a brand new red interior put in I had the red stripes going across the hood that and a pair of 15 x 6 Daytons she’s good to go
You probably dont give a shit but does someone know of a way to log back into an Instagram account? I was dumb lost the password. I appreciate any tips you can give me!
@Zev Saint I really appreciate your reply. I found the site on google and im trying it out atm. I see it takes a while so I will get back to you later when my account password hopefully is recovered.
Glad to see you back since you already have 2 white cars the 250 would look hot painted black with the red interior and doing the front stripe in gray since there is a lot or chrome on the car it would pop.
Nice drive in Calgary. Never been there but have always wanted to go. Now more than ever, but probably not in my Tr3A. It is not yet ready for that kind of trip from Ohio. My son, grandson and I are working feverishly on it trying to get it ready for local driving this summer. I noticed on one of your older videos that you have an electric rad fan on the front of the radiator. I mounted mine on the front and had interfence from the lower shelf on the apron. Did you have to modify anything to make room for the fan on your TR3A? Also, was it difficult to remove the factory fan hub bolt from the crankshaft? It is giving me nightmares. Thanks for all of your great videoes. You keep inspiring me to continue.
Hi Hadrian, I reached out to the owner. Unfortunately not much help. The car was originally signal red from the factory and repainted silver prior to his ownership. He doesn’t know the colour or have a paint code. Sorry.
@@hadrianmerler9170 just looked that colour up....it’s beautiful. That would look awesome on a TR4. A few years ago there was a TR4 for sale on bring a trailer painted “cactus green”. That was beautiful as well.
