I live in this neighborhood..lol .. Ryan build... quality is fine... All the builders are using the same materials... I think DR is all block where Ryan and highland is wood frame second floor...
@@moreflarealestate I think maybe people don't know or don't realize... they call these express homes... So the build is very basic... Ultra.... Basic... But almost 2 yrs in... Nobody has had any real issues with the build.....
@@EXPIredKUSHthe process is pretty smooth... They say they will send you photos every week ..lol which doesn't happen... You should drive by weekly and and just look around... The pre dry wall inspection...you won't be allowed to go inside with the inspector you hire...but you can wait on the road... ... Once you move in... Test everything in every room... The warranty folks are pretty good.... It's a pretty basic building so you shouldn't have too many problems... Make sure you keep up with the AC maintenance & Yard maintenance...
