Driving Thru Inspirada l Community and Neighborhood Tour 

You were prima on Chakits' podcast today. You were knowledgeable, taciturn, and a class act. Bravo. I, too, detest soda, and prefer a prosecco. 😂 and the right fig tree. Luv ya man. Century communities did a development in Inspirada that was prima. One modal I still love. The kb looks a little like what they did at Tule Springs on my side of town. The Toll Bros townhomes, what are they called again? Yes, Italy. It's romantic and conjures up great culture, great food, and....... great figs. The same reason why my inspirada for my backyard is mojave modern tuscan. 😂

They really need a downtown summerlin like major mall in the area to service inspirada, anthem, Southern highlands etc. there really isnt anything in that southwest part of henderson. Closest is town square or galleria but both are about 20 min away. Not much dining, shopping in the area for now.. the casino will help with restaurants, bowling alley and entertainment. Also as someone else said cell service sucks. As a master plan how can they not make sure there is basic infrastructure before they start building? Cell service is crucial these days. If my internet goes down and I can’t do wifi calling then I would need to go down half a block before I get signal. They wouldn’t allow building if power is spotty right? In this day and age cell service should be a requirement. It’s a public safety issue if you can’t make a call from your home. There is a lot of “potential” in the area because there’s a lot of undeveloped lands. But it all matters as to what they do with the lands

FYI internet & cell coverage sucks in Inspirada from all the major network carriers. Hopefully we will get some additional cell towers up in our community. But overall we love our community.

I don't want my neighbor in my window those houses are too close together I need some with room I'm not paying that type of money for a house and I can see my neighbor and here my neighbor
