This airport is undergoing an expansion, it's the same here as Ribeirão preto airport, in the state of são paulo, Brazil, but here the expansion process is very slow, i think it's a lack of resources.
@@j.m.b5441 If you are for example picking someone up from the airport before you go to the arrivals, go to the cell phone lot, park your car, and phone call the person you are picking up. They will tell you where they are in the arrivals deck and you can exit the cell phone lot and pick them up to prevent driving around the airport for no reason
