Look at those 3rd world roads....yikes! Yet people in North Carolina are somehow forced to pay over 42% tax on gasoline for those miserable roads. Did you notice all the expired plates on cars? Good lord! Is anyone enforcing the laws in Charlotte? I am sure those expired plates also don't have insurance. At 18:43 pedestrians have the right of way but the Floridian in the pickup truck cuts them off. Typical!
