DroidStar/DudeStar - Software Solution to Digital FM without a HotSpot or Special Radio - 11/30/2022 

I've watched several videos on getting DroidStar up and running, and this is the only one that I have been able to follow that worked. Great video!

I wish there was a way to interface these modes with an actual radio over a data port and use an actual analog radio to communicate over all 3 most common amateur digital voice modes {DMR, D-Star, C4FM}

It appears the Dudestar iink now throws a forbidden messages.

tried all of this several times on my droid phone and in windows. Get invalid DMR id message on both and never see a device listed in BM or TGIF. I see comments below with same issue. Wait 24 hours has been completed as well. Any ideas?

Interesting. I just set it up on my phone. I'm in CO and familiar with Skyhub link. Using the DMR it refuses to connect but the YSF side works. Could be a multitude of reasons. So far this is pretty neat & another tool in the toolbox. K0ATV

I've been stumped on this for a while, I have everything set up, a DMR id number. however, whenever I go to connect to anything a message pops up saying invalid dmr ID. I've triple-checked everything and still haven't been able to get it fixed.

I honestly do not understand why the need exists for a separate ID. My callsign is a unique identifier. Shrug.

Will this work on the rfinders? Sorry to ask that.

Where do I find the ESSID?

I did the setup correctly ... after pressing the Connect tab I will get Error - Invalid DMR ID back ... what's wrong? thank you so much ... best 73s de DL6RDE
