Whilst on yet another Welsh Adventure, I arrived at Talgarth and came across an abandoned Welsh asylum.
The Mid-Wales Hospital, also known as Talgarth Hospital and the Brecon and Radnor Counties Joint Lunatic Asylum has been left empty and neglected for decades. Built in 1900 and opened in 1903, the asylum operated for 99 years before its closure in 1997.

What a amazing place to explore. Strange shape the way those wings are built. Fabulous how nature has taken over. Definitely be spooky at night. Fantastic video. Awesome 👌

So you ran into Derick then he still has the same blue car horrible person. Mind you what happened in that place must haunt the location forever. A development company bought it and stripped the place of anything of value then went bust.

Yeah he is vile and hounded me for ages. I’ll be reporting him as he claims ti be security yet has no license to do so

@@nemoscamperadventures7563 as I said what he did when he caught me, even going at me with his car mate I’m not joking. He said it was a private road and I was trespassing I told him that’s funny looks like an adopted council road. He threatened to call the police I told him be my guest 😝. But seriously I was warned about him before I went but thought it was someone joking to me until I got there

@@novaadventures5758 he’s taken my photo and I don’t care. He says he’s security yet has no license and and it’s a through road, I saw the Post Office and Amazon use it while I was there. He won’t be acting like that once I repeat him tomorrow
