Drone Footage of The Abandoned Ruins on Chapman Avenue in East Cleveland

Located on Chapman Ave. Between Euclid Ave. and Elderwood Ave. in East Cleveland, lies this entire block of abandoned death traps. Some of these 15 buildings are so bad, the entire insides have collapsed. The site also is a very popular dumpsite, as trash and discarded furniture line the block.
East Cleveland is not very likely to do anything about these buildings, however, as the city is broke and lacks the resources.
