Lava spewing was dramatic and mesmerizing. Now it’s quiet and subtle beauty is there for us to see. Thank you so much for this update. The presentation and music are excellent.
Love that we have drones. Amazing natural phenomenon, but I wouldn't want to get that close. I can feel the power of nature from afar. We need to respect such natural wonders. They will be here longer after we humans are gone.
Just put on a a standard respirator and watch your step and you will be fine! I certainly wouldn't suggest going into the main cone but 98% of this thing is now as safe as it will be for 6ears!
Love seeing how the volcano's going, so calm and quiet in the beautiful winter landscape, gently smoking, lava still hot enough to melt snow. The music too was perfect. Thank you.
Thanks for the video. A few months ago I don't think that we could of imagined seeing snow on this volcano after the amount of time that it acted like a boiling cauldron.
Excellent drone flying. and the background music is perfect for this out-of-the-world place. I too have watched in wonder over the last few months as this volcano emerged. Thanks for sharing.
I loved following the eruption. It was so beautiful and felt like a glimpse into the early days of earth's formation. Still hot but quiet now the crater is so beautiful. Thank you for this footage.
Following bobs eruption from the frist day was astonishing experience. I am so greatfull for all of those days and nights I've spend watching and chatting with ppl. May he rest in peace, and may he wake up again
Thank you! While the lava flows were very exciting, I am also very interested in the continuing evolution and changes to the landscape. I would love to see some thermal imaging of the lava fields.
This is like looking at a battlefield after a war...but beautiful, and this scar it has left will last for millenniums. I was totally into watching this eruption (daily) and seeing it now is truly amazing.
The cone will erode and collapse in and at some point will resemble the hills which surround it. "My" hill is 30,000 years old and covered with houses.
I can see clearly how the lava has filled the valleys against the white snow! I still find this volcano fascinating, other wordly, and have a faint hope it might re awaken. Very good drone coverage thank you!
I think we are all a little hopeful, we've become somewhat attached to it sentimentally. 🤗 . . . Mt. Keilir is only a few Km. from here and we could see some volcanism between here and there . . . eventually.
It's insane how much lava was poured out from the earth. I was there from the beginning of the eruption, the whole land was still intact. Now there are kilometers of black ground all over the valley. That's how lands are made. Awesome footage
Beautiful footage, thank you. One point I like is that it's very easy to tell where the lava flows went, as it's the area that's not covered with snow. It will take years to dissipate the energy. I remember still touching warm rocks a couple of years after a lava flow on Reunion Island. More than a year at least. It's also interesting to see how the lava lake seems to have partly drained, wich seems to have created a cave that crumbled down afterwards.
Thanks so much for this update! Fingers crossed that Nar's gonna make a comeback ;)... still, even in this calm state, beatiful and serene. Please keep sharing your clips! Thanks again!
I watched the lava change the landscape in the early months. The way earth has renewed its terrain with colors and textures is stunningly beautiful. I kept saying, "Wow!" Thank you for providing this view. Your drone takes clear, precise pictures and you know how to guide it along the changed landscape.
Still in Awe of the sheer magnitude of this volcano, If I was a Volcanologist I don't think I would leave this sight after testing every square inch to see what every thing is.
Thanks for this flight. It's good to see the volcano after several months of inactivity. The variety of colors in the lava is amazing and steam is still rising from parts of the lava field and the main cone. The opening shot out to the ocean was great.
Wow, this footage is Amazing the colours, the landscape, the music, perfect👌 I can imagine this on a huge screen it’s mesmerising! TY for this awesome awesome video❤️😍👏👏
Amazing video. Even in repose Nar is awesome and compelling. With the coat of snow it is otherworldly. To quote an old Sci-Fi TV show, Babylon 5, "a moment of perfect beauty".
Beautiful and fascinating. I agree with one of the comments that it is wonderful to watch land and mountains being created. A glimpse into another time. It's also amazing to see how hot the lava is, even after all this time. Great footage, thank you. I love seeing the snow too. I'm from Australia and we don't see snow very often.
I feel sad. It's like losing a friend who showed us his pulsating red heart. Hope he’s just taking a nap down there, and it will come awake someday in our lives.
Thanks for sharing your work for those of us who hold the same fascination but do not have the means or time to venture there ourselves. Much appreciated and enjoyed.
Wow! This is so beautiful, colours are amazing. Nar became my favourite volcano, really miss it in action and still hope for more...Still smoking I see. excellent video!
This is truly an amazing video, my immediate thought was how often we heard the term ‘scorched earth’ in 2020 - how much fire and earth are embedded in our language to describe disasters of epic proportions yet here is this eerily beautiful scene with music that is so full of hope, seeing the ice after the fire is something I’ll never forget. 🙏
Absolutely beautiful. The music was spot on as well. I love volcanoes. This was by far the best and smoothest video I’ve seen. Reminded me a bit of the opening of the movie Prometheus, the music and smooth drone footage. Thank you 🙏. Ok I just subscribed. Your videos…wow
Thanks for the video of the volcano its Mother Nature at her best, eh? I love this video because of earth is amazing in form and beauty. Its simply God's green earth at its best. Hopefully we'll see more of this. Thank you!
Wonderfully sad looking at this where people used to throng the hillsides to watch the majestic Nar in its glory. Wonder if that is Bob to the left of Nar.
Note how the snow is not lying on the black lava flows. While the hills around the volcano are white, the black lava flows are still too warm for the snow to settle.
Wow, yes thanks for this. There is a much greater power at work here than just men . We know so little about this planet. Our days here have been few compared to the eons of this magnificent creation called earth. No one can say for certain or predict. We are at the mercy of creation itself. The cause for alarm is in our minds we just need to understand our place in the universe. Be brave when you face the eons, when you look into the abyss of time. When you see creation itself... Your only a man. Earth will be fine. Now go live amongst the stars.
Beautiful footage and music. The colours are just amazing. Thanks for sharing this. 👍 I did wonder: the white stuff on the flanks of the cone and on some patches of the lava field,; can't be snow can it? Still too hot I would have thought.
