Shot out to Professor David. By far this was my best experience in kickboxing and self Defense. I took classes there when I used to live in Brooklyn. I have been in the Service for about 16 years and I always rely on the techniques there. The best thing to do is to pray for Gods protection 2) is to avoid as much as you can but when impossible 3) these techniques. There was also a Panamanian instructor and he showed me a lot. God bless you guys and please keep up the good work

I’m a very small woman so I always had to know some sort of self defense. My sister taught me these very same moves that I passed on to my children. Even controlling your emotions. Know that they are never ready for the counter attack. Great stuff!!!
