death stranding: what??? I'm so confused

Could just be me but Death stranding's terrain/environment seems inspired from Iceland Last of us 2 looks stupidly good, also wondering how much is scripted otherwise the animations are seemless (guessing finishing the big bad guy was scripted at least) That samurai game looks awesome and of course Death's stranding and finally some gameplay or at least not just cinematics (as awesome as they were/are). Crap, might actually go get a console for the first time since ps1 Edit: Way to much filler though felt so slow at the beginning, was starting to be 50-50 if to even watch it anymore after last of us since so much wait after.

The Last of Us Demo was clearly scripted. Both the main character and the AI did everything perfectly for the most cinematic experience possible. Real game play doesn't pan out like that. The AI missed every shot that would miss in a movie and hit the ones that made sense to hit in a cinematic experience. She also didn't fuck up at any point. At no point did she take a wrong turn, hesitate, walk into an object, change her mind. It was too perfect and flowed too well. That being said. It being scripted isn't a bad thing. As long as the animations react similarly in real game play that's all that matters. Like if an arrow is close to hitting but a miss if we see her duck or weave and if she actually pulls arrows out of people while looting then it's awesome. I think of this as just a cinematic way to show off natural animations.

Out of all the cool superhero's with awesome powers and abilities. They have to do spiderman? Together with batman/superman that would have to be one of the lamest combat wise superhero's I can think off.

Where is Joel... Dgaf bout Ellie... Also Naughty Dog need to work on Jak 4 instead of all this shit...
