How I remember those days. A lot of tears! My oldest, son, was 56 miles/1 hour away. Then the middle, daughter, & youngest, son, were 425 mile /6.5 hrs. away(time zone change). Each one was different & it was harder, not easier, with each. My heart was again broken last weekend with my oldest grandchild/granddaughter heading to college 56 miles/1 hour away. My 3 children are now grown ups, college graduates, have wonderful careers, married, & blessed me with 9 precious grandchildren!!! I also have major medical issues from a botched surgery in 1997 that still impacts them & my own life. God has been faithful through it all. As the old-hymn says, He Never Has Failed Me Yet. Lifting you, your family, & everyone experiencing these feelings up in my prayers.
