Obviously not long enough 😂😂 about 3 years my first drone was a dji spark, was a great drone to learn with 🤙

FlySR220 I don’t think you should be worried it was only 50 metres out, there was a problem with the drone so you would think they would of paid out. But yeah the dji refresh care states you need to send the drone in to the repair centre for inspection, so lucky it wasn’t deeper 😂😂

epson exxon it was only up for about 5 minutes with a fully charged battery, it was definitely weird how it happened, got a new one on the way 🤙🤙

JJ Deocampo surprisingly the find my drone was super accurate! about 10m off the spot that was marked pretty impressive to be honest 🤙🤙and yeah stoked to have the refresh!

Jeff Rhodes Go to - Sensors - Advance settings - Enable vision positioning and disable it. Be aware that the minimum height has to be above 1 meter when flying over water and the height needs to be adjusted frequently since the aircraft could possibly drift downwards. Also you should fly with a low speed in your field of view.

Yeah was lucky enough to have dji care so have a replacement on the way! I have been flying drones for the last 3 years and would say I’m fairly experienced, As for why it crashed into the ocean, it lost connection even tho I was only 100m from it and I couldn’t see where it was until I looked at the find my drone and found it in the drink!

@@saltysessions1292 JJRC H31. It's waterproof. Only $35! Mini camera. done. It won't float though. Unless a shark gets it. I don't think it was your fault. But personally I would not fly my Mavic Air 2 out of sight, if I had one. Certainly not before I had tested it enough to be sure. Too bloody expensive. And beginners should get a toy drone first. I've seen them lose Mavic Mini's and Mavic Air's simply because they have no clue what they are doing. Like flying them under bridges or wind force 7 or think it will avoid the smallest branches flawlessly. I can't believe DJI sends the a new one.

On the FPV it would've been difficult to judge how far away the sea actually was. Some are more careful than others, there's no need to be all condescending about his mistake.
