Read a story about ancient Hawaii and the drama back then. One kahuna gave warning to others about not wasting time fighting over land etc because "the land is the sea's" and that was over 270 years ago. He knew that the ocean will take the land which is now happening in Hawaii.

Planting mangroves on shores could help slow this down. Some islands in the Philippines are also being eaten by sea water slowly as sea level rises every year but Mangrove trees on shores really helps.

This scares me, i was born in Samoa but grew up in America and i see a lot of green houses putting out so much Smoke. And im hearing my people are suffering because of this.

As a Tongan I feel bad for my Polynesian people that they have been misled by the hoax of Climate Change.

In the next 20 to 50 years most of these ppl will be living here in Australia and new zealand. It looks like it’s inevitably gunna happen, so our government’s need to prepare and plan properly for these ppl as we already have a homeless and refugee crises here in Australia. God bless us all 💜

It is the sea level rising causing all of this Caribbean oceans happending there too, causing my people on the island of Jamaica, and all the Caribbeans islands, south Florida, here in the united states , my hopes and prayers goes out to you all my pacific islanders brothers and sisters. You know my people are connectioning to the African continent, soma can preserve the culture on the African continent, why not China is in Africa right now, the president of soma should contact the African union 54 countries its a lot of room to extend soma, and save the colture and plants you love , the somana government can have a place in the African union, much love.

But cliamte change has happened many times in the past - centuries ago, and even thousands and millions years ago. About a 1000 yrs ago, the earth was a lot warmer than it is today. Earth has been getting warm and cold for millennia before the industrial era. Don't make it sound like Samoa is going to sink within 10 yrs. Tokelau's been sinking for thousands of yrs and survived when Earth was at its warmest. Stay tuned.

Problem is the people of the land need to turn back to God. It's very sad that we are playing a blaming game. Don't we know the Bible.....God has predicted these things says in Faaaliga 16.20. Islands will disappear all mountains will be vanished. But when those things have yet happened and still happening. The most important thing is to be right with the Lord. Be kind to one another. Treat others with respect and dignity. Our people used to do all that but now...is a man for himself. Very sad! If we go back to the way we people used to lived upon: faaaloalo le tasi i le tasi; then our God we founded turn His face on us and heal our land..

3:25 why would one not need to know all the facts about a topic as important as climate change? Especially when one live in the same place you live.

"use less electricity" is well and good, and it's not bad advice in general. But how about going the Norwegian way and switch to green energy? Between 98% and 99% of our electricity is from hydro power, and in addition to that we also use modest amounts of wind and solar. The government heavily subsidize anyone who wants to switch to electrical cars, and they are now on board to adopt electrical airplanes as soon as they are developed. I'm just thinking that this seems like a better approach if you actually want to decrease fossil fuel usage and have a real impact on the climate.
