@@KRGuitars Well, in the original song, C.J. Pierce uses an Epiphone Les Paul into what sounds like a Metal Zone pedal. He doesn’t really use a Telecaster.
Heh, not the guys from Rage Against the Machine, Marilyn Manson and Rob Zombie's band (John 5) and Slipknot. Lololol. Gain doesn't come from guitars. It comes from amps and distortion pedals. Fender humbuckers sound pretty Gibson-like. Pretty much always have. Telecasters have really easy playability compared to pretty much any older guitar design. Especially with "modern C" shaped necks. If you get a coil-splitter, you can get any sound out of this set-up. The dual humbucker ones even have two separate volume controls and a Gibson-type toggle, so you can do RATM toggle switching shit. They've said "you can't go wrong with a tele" since the '60's for good reason. ;) I really love the fat 70's strat head on these vintage modifieds
Hey man, it takes some time and motivation, just don't give up for failing once or twice. I bet you are getting better without you realizing at some points. Just keep your head up and keep on trying.
Try playing it really slow at first and slowly increase speed. Play along to the song. Be patient; don’t try to play the song faster until you can play it at the speed you chose before. Don’t worry about how long it takes. RU-vid player has options to change playback to be slower.
