When Sisqo spun around like he was trying to disappear😆 And came back in step and on KEY! Showmanship at its finest! I wish this was still cultivated and appreciated. Long live Dru Hill!
The nineties was lit. No social media, no instagram imposters, no tik tok posers. Black people then appreciated real talent. We didn't mind paying 15.99 for a CD if you could sang!!
Actually most of the great R&B groups back in the day ALL the guys could sing. The reason some guys lead the most however, was just becuse thier voices specifically, were very dynamic. Like Sisqo and Jazz of Dru Hill, David Ruffin, Eddie Kendricks, & Dennis Edwards of the Tempatations, Ralph and Johnny Gill of New Edition, K-Ci and Jojo of Jodeci, etc. But ALL the member of those groups could sing thats why thier harmonies hit sooooo hard.
This is clearly a 90s choreography, the 90s musicians expressed every bit of their lyrics emotionally and personally, hard work is key, no auto tune or back up singers, great work dru hill
If only that afro asian vid by marvin coleman was still up . in it a racist cowboyish called aboragines melanated ppl afro asian. Now you know why we are obsessed with asian things.
If it counts they're singing live and are in great shape for all that jumping non-stop 😁 Why does this crowd seem so lifeless except for the few teeny boppers?
Jazz is my favorite. I'm so serious he's a good looking strong man to me. Lord that man would make me backslide. He has all of that swagger, and is such a man. Hercules Hercules!
@@rachelnan6875 sisqo himself said he was tried his best to sound like Kci on this record. Jazz had the high registers like Jojo, Nokio was the business man so he was more like Devante, and Woody was Dalvin without the sex appeal. So tell me where I’m wrong
Man 😩 90’s music will always be a mood lol I was born in 89 but I wish I could’ve gotten the real experience of growing up during this time. The music, fashion, hair, parties,- the whole vibe. I love it😍
I sure did do that lil' bounce step whenever this song came on. They used to be gettin' it. This song feels good inside and it's always gon be the jam. Good performance, fellas. #anditsstillallgood
TIL THIS DAY I can't do the Tell Me Hop through the whole chorus 😂😂😂 man that's another way R&B was different back then all these groups and solo acts used to dance and sing without pre recorded vocals 😂😂
Not many could Go Off 🔥 stand out on all performer aspects and same time let his band mates get the shine with their awesome talent Dru Hill was a criminally underrated cultural phenomenon lol
Thank you God for allowing me to be born in 77’ bcuz we had some of THE BEST pop culture and artists EVER in the 80’s & 90’s! Music, tv, movies were ALL 🔥🔥🔥 every single genre of music gave you something dope 🙏🏽❤️🙏🏽❤️
