To everyone telling Shan that she used the wrong shade- she acknowledges this in the video. Honestly, she said it dried down darker. There’s no need for those comments telling her what she already knows. How about a positive comment. It was a really informative review. I want to try this foundation out now!

I just love how Shannon shows her skin upclose and in natural lighting ! It is much more helpful than the "far away + studio lights + filter" that we often see in other youtubers.

Definitely wish we could have seen more shades swatched. Especially since the Beige was still not matching her neck. I hate having to go off of the online swatches on the website to pick a color.

So, I have a problem! My makeup breaks up on my nose regardless of the primers foundations powders and skin care I’m using! I’ve tried everything! Can you do a video soon on how to not get cake face and breaking up foundation while still having full coverage???

Ashley Carter I had the same issue but what’s worked for me is once I do my foundation and concealer on my nose I dust some powder on for a light bake, dust it away lightly then spray my sponge with setting spray and pressing that onto my nose.. that’s worked a treat! I use the kvd translucent setting powder for that

Yeah I have quite dry flaky skin too and it does work quite nice. It may look a bit cakey or dry initially but after a little while it settles into the skin and looks wonderful!

I do it for my eyes as well (minus the bake, just gently swipe some leftover powder under the eyes) and set it the same way - it doesn’t eliminate the creasing but helps eliminate dryness, I can’t use much powder cause of my dry undereyes

That was too dark before worrying about any oxidation. Hope they have a good shade selection. I keep hearing great things about this one. The Milani brushes are great new drugstore brushes. I prefer those over the LA Girl brushes. Super soft, durable and wash well.

I’m impressed with how nice this foundation looked after 12 hours plus a sauna use! It’s one of the foundations I was looking into using bc I can’t buy expensive ones! So thank you for showing us your first impressions! Your makeup looked beautiful!

It’s interesting how people made such a big deal about Tarte Shape Tape foundation not having enough darker shades... but this one has a lot of lighter shades and very few dark shades.

Josie Torres a big reason people were so angry with tarte was because they’re a multimillion dollar company with plenty of resources to create a huge shade range, and then when people complained they attempted to cover and excuse them self instead of apologizing. And I think tarte can out with like 6 shades? Less than this I believe

I really liked first the la girl pro coverage foundation but the lightest shade is waaay too dark, so im happy to see the lightest shade in this one looks a lot lighter! May even match my pale ass face 😂

This foundation is SO good. However, it's so hard to buy it in the store because I couldn't swatch it. Ended up getting the second lightest shade, Biscus, and it was extremely yellow. Blends in well but too yellow!

yes it will. If she wants to donate it some places will not take open products at all. It has to be completely sealed... So yes it does effect being able to donate it...
