Buenas noches Muchas gracias Consulta Cambie la unidad de revelado de una Kyocera Taskalfa 3500i y empezó a marcar bote de toner lleno o mal colocado. Luego el código 7301 y así sucesivamente cada ves que prendo la máquina. Me puede guiar- El bote de toner ta fue vaciado. Gracias

Thanks for the walk through Tomasz. Are there any precaution one must take when doing regular maintenance of the machine? Does one need to use special fluid when cleaning or do I need to only use compressed air?

Do not use air, because it will only move dirt - use a vacuum cleaner. For cleaning mirrors, use a regular liquid for cleaning windows or alcohol. Use the NOVOGUM EXTRA liquid for cleaning the paper feed rollers.

If there's a paper jam, why the hell are you changing all these parts? What are you doing? If the paper jam is not real, update the copier software. This will solve your problems.

I had such a problem. The manufacturer introduced a modification in the right section in the sliding part. There are two clusters or electromagnets I do not remember exactly. You have to get there and clean or replace them. It is possible that this was: copy-expert.pl/produkt.php?%20iden=241101 but I'm not sure. As you can see, the number changed because there were jam. Hi, The developer shutter has been locked. Defective connector cable or poor contact in the connector. Remedy: The developer shutter has been locked. Release the developer shutter. Defective connector cable or poor contact in the connector. Reinsert the connector. Also check for continuity within the connector cable. If none, replace the cable. Developer shutter sensor and front PWB (YC4) Front PWB (YC3) and engine PWB (YC7)

Hi. Yes, I have had such a problem many times. First, do you have genuine toners? If you use replacements, unfortunately it cannot be fixed because the developer is blocking. But if you have original Kyocera or Utax toners, take out the developer unit and check the cables, check if you can easily rotate the magnetic roller and if all this does not help in the diagnosis, check the gear next to the developer's engine.
