@@cave1958 Ah, but he did play some alternative rock back in Skid Row before his prog-stint with Colosseum II, which btw, was really great (the Colosseum II-thing) ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-bJjCYFcmf0A.html (Orange amps...! but not the most inventive of bass lines, but Gary pushes those P90s to the limt- and what a lovely little hat 😂)

Hi L33 - as other guys have said on here, more live performances from Gary Moore will enthrall you for sure. As for the guitar, it's called 'The Greener', previously owned by Peter Green of embryonic Fleetwood Mac fame - sadly no longer with us, ditto Gary. The guitar is currently owned by Kirk Hammett of Metallica. Keep safe, keep well buddy.

Perhaps you'd enjoy Gray Moore's tribute to Jimi Hendrix called, "Red House." Gary played with Thin Lizzy for a while. Check out, "The Boys Are Back In Town." Check out Gary Moore & Eric Bell's, "Whiskey In A Jar." Great song for St. Paddy's Day. Also, check out Ozzy Osbourne & Gary Moore together on, "Led Clones." Gary continued to get better until he died a decade ago. Here he is at the height of his powers near the end (a great version of Parisian Walkways, which others have mentioned below): ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-vkUpfw4Hf3w.html Others will, I assume, direct you to his work with Thin Lizzy if you want to see his earlier work. But for me, there is a fascinating era of Gary Moore, which we'll call Rocker Gary, which... it really epitomizes some of the 80s rock scene in a way to hear him do his cover of the Yardbird's song The Shape of Things. The album cut is pretty great, but playing it live, he would add to the solo night after night until you get this sort of cocaine-fueled madness mid-80s: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-9cgGdkC1bXA.html The song and his outfit and antics are so wild they are pretty much a parody of themselves... and yet... it's still epic.
