Excellent video man! You got groove and pocket down, only the id suggest is more practice with a metronome. The tempo started fast and got faster and you could hear the singers struggling to keep up lol.
I've seen alot of drummers some good some bad but you my friend are special and truly gifted...this video was recommended and I'm glad I clicked on it.

Would have to agree with all the positive comments and also the one saying it is rushed. It seemed from 10 secs on,it kept speeding up. Not by alot but there was a bit of hesitation in the fills once your coming out of them or the rolls, Other than that 👍🏾👍🏾👌🏾🔥
@@aaronwarrendrums That really annoys me sometimes... when the song is at a good pace and they ask you to speed up... then when you do, it's too fast and they don't like it.
For all those who say the song the song was rushed.... listen to the organ. It's not as if he ahead of everyone. This is a typical praise team issue, more rehearsal and they clean that up

nick I tried to do that a couple of weeks ago and got no response but I agree. I told him I would replace that broken cymbal if he just gave me an address or PO Box to send it to.
Dr. Darayn J. Barnes I’m not talking about the stack, and of course some people like trashy cymbals but if they were supposed to be like that they could just get holes drilled in them.
You doing better with trying to stay in the pocket. But your next step is to work on tempo. Because you speeded up the music. Learn to stay in tune with what’s going on don’t make it a one man show. Start the tempo off the way you will finish at the end keep up the great work

im sorry not being a butt hole but never buy used cymbals especially not him hell spend all his money faster than he made it. he needs new stuff with warranty. id suggest finding a drum shop. most drum shops are authorized to sell cymbals lower than the listed price.

Great video I see saw some African groove on it a bit of seven great pocket. But work more on your time sir. I'm not hating but I'm just helping a great drummer is one that keeps a solid time while grooving or chopping. But I manage to learn alot for your fills and placement.
