If you toast your brioche buns on the same pan that you caramelize your onions in, the bread will taste magical! You get that left over caramelization crisped onto the buns - it's magical!

Thank you for the changes during the cooking segments! One more suggestion: less cuts in the first minute of the video, it’s very jumpy. Actually most of the parts where you’re talking still have tons of cuts, it would be great for more candid less edited full sentences

Best episode yet!! The new editing style is the perfect “youtuber with cooking show” and not pretending to be on the food network. If I wanted slow paced crazy professional (and cold) high quality I would watch tv. I watch youtube for how casual and fast paced it is. Rem tho I do enjoy this change, I hope any future changes you make are because YOU want them and not to please people who are trying to force the show to fit what they think it should be ❤️

Absolutely loving the new series & these recipes! I will say, just for feedback purposes, I’d love to see these to a bit more slowed down and calm (? idk if that’s the right word for it) and be able to see and enjoy more of the process. @@ab-jf2re I’m not saying her content is bad or demanding more from her. She welcomes constructive criticism and tips to improve her videos and content- as she’s said before and even replies back to a lot of it. Content creators as a whole generally enjoy hearing the feedback as that’s what helps them grow. Nothing about my comment was rude, and if I came on here and totally bashed her series, her as a person, and demanded her to create more content, then yes, you’d be in the right, I would in fact need to “chill” and need to “stop being greedy”. However, I am already chill and love Remi and her content, and would never demand more of her than she’s willing to give. So I’m not being greedy nor critical. I’m a huge fan of the series and can’t wait to see what comes of it. No matter how amazing something is, there’s always room to improve and I gave my thoughts because she often appreciates it if it’s respectful. Which mine was. Your comment, was not.
