Being high working at a subway seems like the best way to give the customer the best sandwich possible. At something like mcdonalds the customer doesnt have as much control over what the staff make so being stoned can result in a wrong order but with the customer right there there is no way for a stoned guy to completely mess it up. Might just have to repeat what items you want a few times lmao

I've been working as a store manager for Subway in Germany for 6 years and I have to admit I went to work on Saturday mornings straight after a long night of partying and I'm sure I wasn't completely sober, and it was really fun, but it's also very exhausting because it's a lot to do. I only recently became aware of your videos, it's really fun to watch you work and I've already copied some of your sandwich creations🤤. Weiter so 😊

At my Subway everyone was a stoner. I was the only one that wasn't always high. Including the general manager and one of the other shift managers. My first day the guy left to go smoke in the car. It set the tone for the rest of my time there lol. Me and a friend had a routine for about 2 months where we'd smoke every Sunday at like 9PM. Very few customers came in on Sundays and even fewer at 9. Wed get all of our closing duties done (besides the counts, sweeping, mopping, and ofc putting the line away) and then we'd smoke and just chill in the back hoping the chime didn't go off. And even if it did it made making sandwiches fun. I was mostly the drinker of the crew. I never drank at work, but I'd show up hungover or even still a little drunk from the night before. Once I got a call at 7PM to come in and close for someone that needed to leave. I was already a couple beers in so I could have said no and probably should have, but I didn't. I really liked working there for the most part. Its the easiest fast food job I've had. Most of the time we'd all just be sitting in the back fucking around and laughing. Wed play nose goes to decide who took care of customers whenever the chime went off. And we all knew our closing duties so well that the store would close at 10 and we'd be out the door at 10:05 most nights. We really had it down before we all quit at the same time. I miss it for sure. We've all talked about how we'd go back if we could make more money.

Im a line cook thats worked in some nice restaurants and my first japanese restaurant everyone in the kitchen drank at work together. Also out of the probs 2000 days Ive worked as a cook the past few years I’ve been high at least 95% of my shifts. I kill it at work tho, really fast, good memory, good plating.

I work at a Subway in the UK and we used to have a night shift because of all of the bars in the local area, near the Subway. Some of the worst people I've ever had the displeasure of interacting with are drunk and/or high customers that came into my Subway. Bearing in mind this was between the time of midnight to 0600. We stopped doing the night shifts because I was assaulted repeatedly over seperate night shifts by customers that had spent all of their money on alcohol and still wanted food. I've had people climb over the glass guards and stainless steel worktops to try and grab products.

I don't work at Subway, but one time my Assistant Manager was caught doing coke in the bathroom while ON THE CLOCK, no lie, no joke, this actually happened.

Used to work at a restaurant that had hot sauce bottles at every table. One day while I was making a customer's food, my manager walked up to me and pointed at a guy wandering around the dining room and said, "That guy just licked the top of one of the sauce bottles. I'll finish helping this guest if you go grab that before anyone uses it." I've also had to clean up after a person who did what I assume were hard drugs in one of the bathrooms. Mercifully, the worst that happened was she left a cigarette in the toilet. The reason I think it was drugs was because she didn't order any food, and if she was just having a smoke she could've done that outside. Lastly, I've had to stay late at closing time to wait for security to remove a guy tweaking right outside the store. He thankfully left without a fight.

just a tip to put the bacon on top of the cheese and the chicken bacon ranch comes with double cheese (especially when it looks like you did double meat with that hefty of a scoop and 4 pieces of bacon on a six inch). and sauces do best when you just do three lines of them. The amount of sauce on this sub is going to make it soggy.

I've worked with people high or drunk on the job. It's very awkward and theyre not doing their job so in order to get through a rush you gotta either complain to manager or do the job of 2 people. The guy who was drunk is when I worked at the factory. It was dangerous because he was driving a forklift and swerving. He could've hurt or killed someone but since they noticed quickly and got him out it was funny.

Back in 2012, I was working at Taco Bell. They had me working super late and I would get off usually around 2 a.m. (mind you, this was a college town). Anyways, one night I was working the drive-thru and this lady came thru and placed her order. When she got up to the window, you could tell she was SUPER drunk. She kept arguing with me about wanting to get her food for free. After about a good 15 minutes, my shift lead came up and asked what was going on. I told him what she had said and that she was trying to get free food. After the manager told her that she wasn't going to get anything for free, this crazy broad tried flashing us multiple times in order to get free food

I work at Burger King, and this guy pulled up to my drive thru window, i told him his total he then proceeded to go “Wait this my shit!” He then turns up his music gets out of his car and starts dancing. The mans also was trying to pay an 8 dollar meal with the 4 dollars he had. Police were call because he wouldn’t leave. He got out of his car and got tackled.

Subway Employee of 6 - 7 months here and I got some interesting guest / regulars at job. Firstly, I got a ton of doctors / nurses since I work literally right next to a hospital. Second, 4 foot 2 inch stripper as a regular who tells me stories about how she gets hired on the regular about people who are scared of "short people". Third, I got some gang members who come in about twice a week. Never ask too many questions about it cause I ain't trying to die anytime soon. Fourth, I got this one regular who for some reason thinks I'm their therapist and every time they come in rants about their boyfriend. Fifth, I had this one person, not even someone who came inside the store, throw their entire bag at my window almost breaking it because they were pissed off at the Burger King across the street.
