That’s a demon and she needs deliverance. I’ve seen stuff like this many times in my ministry when I go out to evangelize and I remember the Lord said to me …”They are only dangerous if you don’t disarm and dismantle the demon from them.” I’ve seen the devil manifest in people many times , including a homeless man who pulled out a switchblade until I put my hand out used my authority in Christ and he got delivered. We are in the last days and the devil is no longer hiding .
