I still have my original waders buddy! Primo zip up front waders! They are going strong!! NO LEAKS is the main proving that DRYFT is in a class on its own, still holding strong with over 300 uses and...... ABUSIVE uses I must add. I don't baby ANY waders I've ever owned! This guys (DRYFT) make quality as it should be. Again I will repeat dudes and ladies of course. No Leaks and over 300 uses and ABUSIVE uses I say again! Now I'm sold on the new waders. The Primo Guided edition waders! Plus its time to get a new pair so I can forever say my Primo zip up front edition has NEVER had a leak in its life! On a more serious note, I love these new waders cause of the extra layers on the legs and you know us surf fisherman need those babies when you fishing those hard walking areas with rocks and more rocks and Bolders to climb onto, you get those waders ruffed up pretty quickly. Plenty of branchs I took for a ride as I was making my way through brush to get to where I want to get with the old waders! Still holding. You ladies and gents get the picture. Stronger is better. Now to convince the wife. Thanks again DRYFT for always making my fishing experience a comfortable one! Maybe I can tell her they leaked? lmao

@@silvertip8k278 hey buddy happened to be on. They are coming to the end of the rope. I want the new ones. Think bottom has 5 layers. Price is a little jump at basically 150 to 175 more. BUT you are getting there premium quality. I’m ordering there new one and the originals that have lasted me for I will say just over 300 uses of hard core surf fishing. Just a few days ago was out in montauk and took a bad fall. Dunked basically pancake style. “Flat” knee hit banged and feeling it now it’s still sore with the little black and blue I hit starting the fade. I’m good. But the waders themselves never let ME down. That’s why I’d give them the extra and get the upgraded ones. Thanks and I’ll be coming out with a video. Editing today

@@silvertip8k278 the boots I use which are sneaker light. Which are the featherlight Simms boots. When I need my Korkkers for rocks I just slide them on and im good

Thanks Nick for the help. You guys rock. I ordered the wrong size order on my primo waders and you guys fixed it asap. Got my waders in 1 day and I have to say I love them they fit like a glove. Can't wait to test them out tomorrow with my new korkers devil's canyon wading boots.

After working and guiding out of a high end fly fly shop in colorado I saw first hand the outrsgeous mark ups on all the waders,boots,rod and reels... Im happy to see some entrepreneurs coming up with an alternative to the big dollar shops ,still making quality gear available for the serious angler

I hope that some day a wader company will offer some way of getting more of a custom fit tailored option. Nothing ever fits me good. I have a large tall upper body and very short legs so the crotch on all waders hangs down really far it’s tough to climb up and down hills into steelhead water or climb over fallen trees. Some day someone’s gotta do it

Are the legs a 5 layer or 4 layer? You said 5 layer in the video, but the website shows it is a 4 layer. Thanks

Hi Kenny, Good question, thank you. The 2020 model that is featured in this video did have a 5 layer lower. We upgraded the 2022 model with a new 4L 310gsm lower that is 50% more breathable compared to the previous model with exceptional abrasion and tear resistance and enhanced bonding strength for greater long term durability. -Nick
