from your question, seems like your heat exchanger inside the dryer got freezing. u need to check if the freon gas got leaking at somewhere around the copper pipe. sometimes when the freon gas is leaking, then the heat exchanger will become freezing. One more thing, need to check hot gas bypass. some cases the hot gas bypass did not function.

Although, the question is rather imprecise and leaves a lot of room for speculation, we understand that air flows in the housing when the dryer is warm and when it is cold the flow stops. This behavior is normal because the case fan runs when more cooling power is needed and the fan stops when its little or no cooling line is needed.
