Opening up the exhaust port on the DRZ250 to match the gasket. Same procedure is done for the DR650 exhaust manifold as well. Just blueprinting or matching up the exhaust port so the bike runs like it was designed to.

VW - YOU ARE INDEED A MASTER MECHANIC & FABRICATOR !!!! - I would love an update when able with respect to the results of your labor. DO NOT show me a video of the DR 650, or I'll have to try it too LOL. Been looking for "Under the pants" Knee Pads / Shin Guards - sooooo many choices - but they ALL look to bulky to "fit" under regular jeans.... Will keep you posted ! Cheers Mate !
Hey Dane, they may look bulky but the ones I wore the other day were very comfortable. I have the old man relaxed fit jeans so there is enough extra leg room. I was surprised just how well they worked. I emailed you a picture of the set I had on, if you want a set I have a few extras you are welcome to. Great to hear from you. BTW: next time the DR650 pipe is off it is getting a proper clean up like the DRZ250. Take care Amigo

@@Snxplecxp42 I apricate you getting back to me on that. I have a DRZ400E exhaust that looks like it may work too? It looks close, and the pipe is a larger diameter. I may loose some bottom end?? A good muffler shop may be able to use your header pipe and splice it to the DRZ250?
