Harper Road is in the Lake Coleridge area, just one hour inland from Christchurch City in Canterbury, New Zealand.
The tracks are gravel, generally kept in good condition and can be safely traveled by motorcycles. But after rain or snow, the tracks could be under snow and ice or in flood. Maybe able to assess the tracks in winter, all depends on individual’s riding experience.
