That's a good question. I'm going to leave this open for others to reply to, since I don't have any specific recommendations for math books. The only thing that comes to mind would be to go back and work through as many of the harder problems as you can from the paper SAT -- basically, anything from around #9-15 and 18-20 on Section 3 and #16-30 and 35-38 on Section 4. The hardest ones on the DSAT are still harder than the hardest ones from the paper SAT, but it's still good preparation.
