first do a hard reset on the camera (take out the battery and sd card and set the switch to on and let it sit for like 20seconds - 1minute ) then get a can of compressed air and spray in the sd card slot and let it sit for awhile as well, then turn the switch back to off and put the batter in first then the sd card and turn the camera on, you may have to do this process a couple times but eventually mine started to work again, it’s still finicky but at least you can take pictures until you decide to either send it in or get a new camera or this just might fix your cam all together

Try to clean(gold side of your memory card also card adapter) using pencil eraser. And try to do the step by step again.i hope can help this guide. Thanks for watching

Also try using compressed air on the sd port on your camera itself

sir kung na ginawa mo po ang step by step in video.try mo po in last part remove battery before plug memory card. pa comment nalang po update. thanks for watching
