@Tyman305 it's not even just him lacking a real job. He's lacking in a life. He's never had to wake up early to meet up with friends. He's never had to wake up early to catch a flight for a vacation with his wife. He does nothing at all.
Phil would sooner move back in with his parents than he would get a 9-5 job. Honestly, I think Phil's whole plan is to do streaming until his parents die and then live off their savings.
It's like he doesn't understand that those companies paid for a license to use that music. Phil thinks everything needs to be made with streamers (namely Phil himself) in mind and if it isn't set up specifically for his liking, then it's a bad product and everyone involved should be jobless.
I honestly think all gaming content should be copyright claimed. Companies only allow it cause it's free advertising. Playing or streaming isn't exactly your own content if your using the game which is someone elses copyrighted material to draw in interest

Same with the fits he throws because games don't have a built in system to block invites or hide chat. It's not a problem for anyone but him, but he expects it.
He was also saying his restreamers have no talent and are just riding his coat tails. So does that mean DSP has no talent and is just riding the coat tails of game companies?

The thing that makes me the most angry at Phil is that he treats his stream like it's a 9-5 job. He expects to be paid 150 bucks minimum every time he turns the camera on (it was on the whole time) and throws a fit if he doesn't get that amount. It doesn't even matter if the previous day was a 1k day, he still *needs* that 150 tomorrow or he's going to lose the house. Very few things Phil does actually get under my skin. This is one of them. You're not "clocking in" to work, Phil. You don't have steady, reliable income. Stop treating your viewers like they MUST give you money just for showing up. It's gross.
It is still the main reason why he refuses to set up anything BEFORE he streams, such as new microphones or new OBS settings, or settings for a game, etc. Because he refuses to "work off the clock". Doesn't matter if the entire stream ends up being nothing other than him fumbling around trying to do stuff instead of games or (cringe) commentary/Q&A.
It's fine if he gets $150 a day with self employed taxes he's getting $75. Internet, equipment, games, health insurance for 2 disabled people. He's raking in $40 bucks before RU-vid. That's why membership from south of the border are critical. Thousands of them 0:15

To be fair shit like that would be exhausting. 14 years without any kind of physical exercise, not going outside, eating junk food, staring at screens etc will make you extremely exhausted. He is most likely running on extremely low levels of testosterone also that will cause him fatigue (not to mention every other health issue he probably has)

42 year old man who doesnt work and spends most of his days at home and goes out once in awhile complains about waking up at 9am. Meanwhile people like me and others who wake up at 5am or 6am to go to work suck it up do our 8 or 10 or 12 hour shifts and then come home and relax the last few hours of the day this man is unreal.
I used wake up at 4:30AM, get ready for work and spend about 11 hours on my shift. I did this for about 5 years until I got another job. I learned discipline and self organization doing it but I never complained because I was well compensated and knew folks who woke up earlier than me to do harder jobs for longer hours. There’s a reason why DSP disgusts a lot of people and just invites them to hate him. He makes it too easy.

It’s a sign of how dented and immature he is. Goes along with the poor choice of words he uses to describe something without understanding their meaning, how he can’t have a rational take on a question that challenges his point of views without hurling insults at the person who asked the question, and the adult pretending he does every day.

I think this is masked anger towards an actual person and not the audience. I think he's actually accepted he's not good at streaming and the ONLY reason people watch him is to rage. Just like LTG. It was actually insane how negative and toxic he was during the xbox showcase and summer games fest, yeah he might have a day here and there where he lets go on a specific topic but 90% of the games he saw in the past couple days he had some issue with and was just an absolute prick about it in ways he usually isn't. And the singing, no yelling over music so he doesn't get claimed was something else. This season really has been something else so far.

I'm watching the kind of funny games show on the showcase and I've never seen no more opposite opinion on that show. They absolutely love it and they gave reasons and they gave details all he did was make horrible noises and jokes. He's really quite a clown about games he doesn't know shit
It's funny, if he has good day, that has no effect on the next stream, and he still needs the same amount of moeny. But if he has a bad day, he absolutely expects people to make up for it the next day.
